The pieces of information are listed below:-

1. Your name and address for delivery

2. The PC system manufacturer if known(i.e. Dell, Packard Bell, Compaq, self build)

3. Make and model of computer motherboard(i.e. Asus A7V8X)

4. Revision number of motherboard(i.e. R1.03; if it has one! sometimes its not shown, don't worry about this)

5. The BIOS chip device number(i.e. pm49fl004t-33jc, this is important)
